ShareDock provides authorized users with secure access to administrator-approved browser sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information ShareDock processes, why it is processed, and how it is protected.
1. Information We Process
ShareDock may process the following limited information:
- Access codes and authentication information required to verify authorized access.
- Device identifiers and cryptographic device-verification information used to protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
- Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
- Session cookies and related session data required to open administrator-authorized browser sessions.
- Limited website content required for the extension to identify supported pages and perform its requested functions.
- Technical information such as extension version, timestamps, authorization status, and security events.
ShareDock does not display shared account passwords to extension users.
2. How We Use Information
Information is processed only to:
- Verify access codes and authorized devices.
- Provide access to approved sessions.
- Apply administrator-defined access controls.
- Protect sessions against unauthorized access, abuse, replay attacks, and fraud.

No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Authorization and session information may be deleted or revoked when access expires, an administrator revokes access, or it is no longer required.

Users may stop using ShareDock at any time by removing the extension from their browser.
Access codes, approved sessions, and device authorizations may be managed or revoked by the administrator who provided access.
8. Children’s Privacy
ShareDock is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy when ShareDock’s functionality, security practices, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
